Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of former Head of Service, Mrs. Susan Modupe Oluwole, who died at the age of 58 on Wednesday at the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan. Her death comes just a year after retiring from the Kwara State Civil Service.

In a heartfelt statement released on Thursday by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, the governor described Oluwole as a distinguished and dependable figure in public service. He praised her professionalism, integrity, and exceptional contributions to governance, stating that her hard work and institutional knowledge were invaluable assets to the state.

“The former HOS was a credible and dependable authority in matters of public service, having attained her heights through hard work, grit, brilliance, character, and impeccable institutional memory,” the governor remarked.

Governor AbdulRazaq extended his condolences to her husband, aged father, and the entire civil service community in Kwara, acknowledging the profound loss. He prayed for the repose of her soul and strength for her loved ones to bear the tragedy.
