Singer Tuface Idibia’s new lover, Natasha Osawaru, has finally addressed growing accusations that she is using traditional beads to spiritually control the Afrobeats icon.
The controversy erupted after Tuface was frequently seen wearing Natasha’s signature beads, prompting allegations from his mother, Rose Idibia, who accused Natasha of putting her son under a spell.
In an exclusive interview with Stella Korkus, Natasha debunked the claims, explaining that the beads hold deep cultural and sentimental value and were not imposed on the singer.
“Those beads were my birthday gifts. They represent a princess from a royal family. You know I’m from the Igbinedion Royal Family,” she revealed.
“My mum gave me three nice beads on my last birthday. They call it EZENEKA, which means ‘River that never runs dry.’ The one on his neck was given to me by my grandfather. My grandfather was a knight to the Queen of England, and the Queen gave it to him when she was alive.”
According to Natasha, Tuface chose to wear the beads himself because of his long-time love for accessories, dismissing claims of any spiritual manipulation.
“They are not diabolical, and they don’t contain juju. I didn’t force him to wear them—he likes them. If you observe, you will notice that he has been wearing different beads even before now,” she clarified.
Tuface’s mother, however, remains unconvinced, insisting that Natasha has placed her son under a spell. The allegations have triggered heated debates on social media, with fans divided over the ongoing drama surrounding the legendary singer’s love life.
