The father of the two school kids who were murdered by ritualists in Obingwa Local council of Abia State, Mr. Chimezie Nwaoha has called on the security agencies to save him from men who have been trailing him.
Nwaoha who hails from Umuko Nvosi Community in Isiala Ngwa South Local Council said he has suffered untold losses and attacks since his children were murdered.
Speaking to news men in Aba yesterday, Nwaoha alleged that on several occasions during his visits to his former residence in Abayi-Obeala Village, a red Coloured Nissan Car has been trailing him. He also added that unknown persons stormed his house at the village and looted his snail farm and other property they could lay hands on. “My wife has not recovered from the shock she suffered at the murder of her children,” Nwaoha hinted.
Nwaoha who works for a private clinic as an ambulance driver, said he feared for his life and property and called on the security agencies to come to his aid.
Recall that Soldiers attached to the Forward Operation Base (FOB) of the 144 Battalion of the Nigerian Army, stationed at Ngwa High School, Aba, last week arrested two men at Abayi Obeala Village in Obingwa Local Council for ritual murder.
The men, Chibuike Ekeji Ogboenyiya and Chimezie Njoku Ekenta, both in their early 30s were said to have conspired among themselves and abducted Kenneth Chimezie, 6 and Prince Chimezie, 4, children of Nwaoha, on their way to school.
Nigeria Newspoint gathered that the men after abducting the two kids carried them into a palm plantation adjacent their school and killed them. After removing the kids vital organs which included their eyes, tongues, breasts and penis, the suspects buried the children in a shallow grave in the adjoining bush.
When school closed for the day and the two younger sisters of the slain boys came home without their brothers, their mother who is pregnant and could be delivered of her baby this month, became apprehensive and alerted the husband who later reported to the Soldiers, leading to the arrest of the suspects.
Nigeria Newspoint gathered that Nwaoha, his wife and the two remaining twin girls have since fled the Abayi Obeala Village to their ancestral home in Umuko Nvosi in Isiala Ngwa South Local Council.
