Okorie expressed disappointment with the poor condition of Education Sector in Imo, adding that should he be given the opportunity in 2019 election, Imo State University, IMSU would be turned to a Residential Institution, where students can learn in very conducive environment, pointing out that school scholarship should be given to intelligent indigent students, lamenting that a free-education policy without adequate and necessary facilities lowers the quality of education in the State.
