A front-line governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Imo State, Hon. Uche Onyeagucha, has described Imo state as a patient in an emergency ward that requires prompt and immediate attention.

He reiterated his commitment in putting the state on the fast lane of socio-economic and political development.

A statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, MacDonald Enwere, quoted the aspirant to have made the assertion while obtaining his governorship nomination and expression of interest form at the party’s National Secretariat Abuja.

Hon Onyeagucha pointed out that Imo state required the intervention of a visionary and transformational leader.

He promised to make the welfare of the people a topmost priority of his administration with focus on education, rapid industrialization, good health care services, food security and obedience to rule of law.
