The member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constitutency in the House of Represntatives, Hon. Henry Nwawuba has opened up on his kind of Governor for Imo state in 2019.

Nwawuba while interacting with newsmen in Obazu Mbieri in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State weekend, disclosed that the kind of governor he wants for Imo state is not one who has penchant for ‘familiocracy’.

The lawmaker maintained that what Imo State and Nigeria need for 2019 are leaders who will be upright, transparent and take all the people as their first charge than running the affairs of the government as a private affair cum family business.

He therefore called on Nigerians to use the forth coming 2019 election to make a difference by voting in only the rightful and tested candidates.

While commenting on Obinwanne Empowerment Programme, the legislator harped on the need for the youths including the graduates to move into genuine skill acquisition, adding that the world has moved from analog to digital stage of life where youths are expected to take the bull by the horn and make difference in the business circle.

The Orodo-born politician further charged the youths to initiate new legal means of making ends meet and not relying on white collar jobs that are gradually fading away in our society

He emphatically stated that empowerment as well as skill acquisition is the basis for survival for the world at large.
