The former gubernatorial candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) in the 2019 polls, Uche Nwosu has called on all his followers and structures to support Hope Uzodinma as the governor of Imo state.
He made this call during a stakeholders meeting held Monday in Owerri.
According to him, “We are now in a new era , Elections are over, Supreme Court judgment is for the interest of the Imo people.
“We must rally support for Gov. Hope Uzodinma. I have instructed all my political supporters and all the members of Imo APC to join the moving train under Sen. Uzodinma.
“Let us all support him. Those in PDP who are now crying were happy sometime ago when INEC gave them victory.
“I therefore congratulate Gov. Hope Uzodinma, hence we have no factions again in Imo APC. We have accepted the Supreme Court verdict as leadership is turn by turn”.
“We must have patient. I am sure that APC under Sen. Uzodinma will surely deliver, and there shall be dividends of democracy in Imo state”.
