Paris Saint-Germain star, Lionel Messi, has reacted to his side’s Champions League 3-2 win over RB Leipzig on Tuesday night.
Messi scored twice as PSG edged RB Leipzig 3-2 in the Champions League at the Parc des Princes.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side took the lead through Kylian Mbappe, but Andre Silva levelled the game before the break.
Leipzig then took the lead through Nordi Mukiele, before Mbappe set up Messi for his first goal of the night.
The former Barcelona captain then scored from the spot to seal the win.
Reacting, Messi, in a post via his Instagram account, expressed happiness over PSG’s victory against the German club.
Messi wrote, “It was important to win today in the @championsleague and we were able to turn it around!”
Messi’s brace against Leipzig means the Argentine has now scored three goals for the Ligue 1 giants since joining the club from Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
