TV presenter cum producer Ugochukwu Ubah aka Pluto who is presently filled with joy that his programme O’town Magic at Orient TV Owerri is on Satellite has played down rumours that he dumped fellow presenter, Victoria Ihebuzo (Vickilonia).
Vickilonia who started the programme with Pluto in February no longer features on the programme and has recently been replaced by the Pair of Esther Iwuagwu and Chioma Opurum who are doing well on the show.
Although Victoria presented alongside Esther, she had been replaced by Chioma whom many viewers describe as having a better connection with Esther unlike the so called ‘competition’ that exist between the pair of Esther and Victoria.
Victoria was last seen out with Pluto at Star Nite 1 & 2 and has never been seen around him in any public function since then.
Speaking to www.otowngist.com, Pluto denied the rumour saying it is baseless.
“I and Victoria had a good working relationship until she travelled and I don’t think there is a big deal in it. We still communicate, but the programme will have to go on which is why I got fresh talents.
She was unique in her way, and I can’t deny that we never missed her in some arguments. Her absence was her decision; she was never dumped for anyone”
O’town Magic goes online every Friday from 6:30pm to 7pm on Orient TV Channel 59 Owerri and Channel 4 on CTL network.
Pluto however urged entertainers in the Imo State to take advantage of the wider coverage to reach the world.
